WorkbookWise is a productivity tool, not professional advice.

Generated workbooks, formulas, scripts, printable documents, calculators, and regional text outputs must be reviewed before business, tax, payroll, legal, filing, or financial use.

WorkbookWise is not a chartered accountant firm, law firm, tax advisor, payroll bureau, or payment provider.

Indian tax, labour, compliance, and accounting rules can vary by state, financial year, entity type, notification, and facts of the transaction.

Plans and payments

Free access, one-time downloads, and paid plans.

Free plan

Free access includes selected tools and limited usage as shown in the product. Limits may change with reasonable notice or product updates.

1000 Templates Pack

The Templates Pack is a one-time digital product for ready-made XLSX/ZIP downloads. It does not include custom generation usage, live workbook apps, or Pro features.

Pro and Business

Pro and Business are paid access plans with the features, usage limits, billing period, and included GST amount shown on the pricing or checkout page.

Razorpay

Paid checkout uses Razorpay where enabled. Razorpay handles payment collection and payment-provider records. WorkbookWise stores payment status, subscription status, and identifiers, not full card details.

Refund policy

Refund and cancellation requests are handled under the Refund Policy, including Templates Pack delivery issues, duplicate payments, failed payments, and subscription questions.

Acceptable use

Use WorkbookWise for legitimate spreadsheet work.

Upload malware, harmful macros, stolen data, or files you do not have permission to process.

Use WorkbookWise to create fraudulent invoices, receipts, payroll records, tax records, or compliance documents.

Attempt to bypass usage limits, payment checks, release controls, validation gates, or access controls.

Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute the product, template pack, or generated files beyond your allowed use.

Upload secrets such as API keys, passwords, bank login credentials, or unrelated sensitive personal data.

Ownership and licensing

The WorkbookWise product, website, code, brand, template library, and platform design remain WorkbookWise property. Files generated for your account may be used for your internal business work, subject to your plan and these terms.

Template pack redistribution

The 1000 Templates Pack is for buyer use. Public resale, repackaging, or redistribution of the pack or large portions of it is not allowed unless WorkbookWise gives written permission.

Availability

The product may change, pause, fail, or be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, validation failures, abuse prevention, or security checks.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for abuse, fraud, prohibited use, security risk, payment issues, or repeated attempts to bypass plan limits.

Legal

Liability, governing law, and support.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkbookWise is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-loss damages arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
