2. Service Description

WorkbookWise provides Excel workbook templates, custom workbook creation, Fix My Excel uploads, printable documents, business packs, and productivity utilities designed for Indian businesses and professionals.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Upload malicious files or content
• Resell generated templates without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

Templates and files generated for you are yours to use. The Service, its code, design, and branding remain our intellectual property.

6. Disclaimer

WorkbookWise is a productivity tool. Generated templates should be reviewed before use for tax filing or financial reporting. We are not a chartered accountant firm and do not provide professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkbookWise shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
