Can I try WorkbookWise for free?
Yes. The Free plan gives you one saved custom workbook, 20 sample template downloads, 5 Capture to Excel runs, 5 Formula/Scripts runs, file-import previews, and India business calculators. No credit card required.
What payment methods do you accept?
Paid checkout uses Razorpay. Prices shown on this page are exclusive of 18% GST, and payment is verified server-side before access is activated.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Free users can stay on Free. Starter, Pro and Business subscriptions can be cancelled from Account > Plan & billing. If Razorpay supports scheduled cancellation for the subscription, access remains until the current billing period ends.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
You will see a clear message and a link to upgrade. Limits are tracked for workbook generation, file fixing, Formula/scripts, Capture pages, Printable docs, Apps, Forms, Share Data, Rows to Documents, and template downloads.
Is the 1000 Templates Pack the same as Pro?
No. The Templates Pack is a one-time digital XLSX download. It is included in Pro and Business, but not Starter. By itself it has no paid custom generation, Use My Data imports, Apps, Forms, Share Data, or Rows to Documents.
What is Use my data?
Use My Data lets you choose a ready template, upload your existing Excel or CSV, confirm column mapping, preview, and save the validated workbook. Starter includes 3 imports/month; Pro and Business include higher limits.
Are Apps a full CRM, ITSM, or helpdesk replacement?
Business Apps are lightweight workflows for records, statuses, saved views, dashboards, files, notes, list columns, date filters, pagination, and exports.
Can Templates Pack buyers upgrade to Pro later?
Yes. Templates Pack buyers can receive a private first-year Pro upgrade offer after purchase. The public Pro price remains the price shown on this page.
Which form features are included in each plan?
Forms are included in Business, not Free, Templates Pack, Starter, or Pro. Business includes 20 active forms, 5,000 responses/month, update forms, prefilled links, dynamic dropdowns, file uploads, and bulk personalized links.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Uploads and app attachments are handled through scoped product flows and protected by account permissions. Selected AI features may send relevant prompt or workbook-structure context to an LLM provider as described in the Privacy Policy; ready-made template downloads do not require AI calls. We do not sell your business data.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund eligibility is covered in the refund policy. Digital downloads and subscriptions show final price and access details before payment.
