Problem

Why this feature exists

Small business data often arrives outside Excel: WhatsApp orders, screenshots, invoice photos, copied bills and PDF invoices. If users manually retype those rows, mistakes creep in before the workbook even starts.

Approach

How WorkbookWise handles it

Capture To Excel treats every source as an extraction workflow. The user chooses text, image or PDF, WorkbookWise extracts structured rows, marks confidence, shows the source beside the result, and lets the user review before download or save.

Outcomes

What users should get from it

Turn everyday business inputs into structured Excel rows.
Review uncertain fields before creating workbook output.
Download clean rows without storing raw extracted data by default.
Save reviewed rows to My Workbooks only when the user explicitly chooses it.
